📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.,Manage and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to maintain optimal product availability.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall store performance goals.,Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
