You will also be responsible for managing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) using tools like BambooHR or Workday, and for ensuring that our HR processes are efficient and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
