📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and delivery of training programs.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment.,Manage leave and attendance records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
