As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, and supporting the recruitment team in achieving their targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.,Support the recruitment team in achieving their targets by maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, advertisements, and other recruitment materials.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.,Collaborate with other departments to understand their recruitment needs and provide input on hiring strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
