📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into the overall business strategy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Assist in the development of the company's learning and development strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software,Experience in developing and delivering training programs in a remote setting is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus
