Sea Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst or Assistant Manager to join our Mergers & Acquisitions team on a contract basis. This role is located in Indonesia and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of our company. As a Senior Analyst or Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing potential merger and acquisition opportunities that align with our business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough due diligence on potential targets, including financial, legal, and operational assessments.,Prepare and present detailed analysis and reports to support merger and acquisition decisions.,Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to negotiate and structure deals.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new acquisition opportunities.,Manage and coordinate the execution of merger and acquisition transactions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.,Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on M&A activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate strategy, or a similar role.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.,Experience with deal structuring, negotiation, and execution is highly desirable.,Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
