📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Mentor and train junior technical writers and other team members,Contribute to the development of our technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing and editing skills,Experience with technical documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Familiarity with software development methodologies and processes,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
