📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all factory operations including production, quality control, and inventory management.,Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of factory staff.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Monitor and maintain production schedules and targets.,Handle supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.,Manage factory finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product standards are met.,Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure production aligns with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in factory administration or a similar role.,Strong understanding of factory operations and management principles.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other factory management software.,Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
