📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials and methods.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's strategic goals.,Provide guidance and mentorship to employees to support their career development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Report on training program outcomes and provide recommendations for future initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
