📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned properties.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.,Manage and mentor the property management team.,Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.,Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards.,Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in sales and operations management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with local real estate market and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
