📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in training sessions and workshops.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documents related to HR activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
