Crown Tech Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Sales Counter to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Promote our products and services to customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of computer and basic office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
