📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Support the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating operations activities.,Monitor and track operations performance to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of operations policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Provide administrative support to the operations team.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with operations software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
