Lingkungan Gita Coffee is looking for a Deputy Operations Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the daily operations of our coffee shop. If you have experience in operations and a passion for coffee, we'd love to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the coffee shop,Support the operations manager in planning and organizing events,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop,Assist in managing inventory and supplies,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Support in training new staff members,Assist in preparing and serving coffee and other beverages,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Basic knowledge of inventory management,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus,Ability to work shifts and weekends,Passionate about coffee and customer service
