📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams on maintenance-related matters.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in facility and equipment maintenance technologies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility and equipment maintenance.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems is a plus.
