📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and local labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.,Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve our HR practices and employee satisfaction.,Support the HR manager in organizing and participating in team-building activities and company events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
