Agung Gilang Spareparts is a growing company in the automotive spare parts industry. We are looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team immediately. This is a full-time position based in Denpasar, Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Coordinate with management on training and development initiatives,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
