(Hybrid) Restaurant Manager

PT Sumber Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Pontianak. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
