📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Support the recruitment team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Contribute to the company's talent acquisition strategy and initiatives.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
