📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure high-quality food and beverage service is provided to all customers.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards.,Oversee budgeting and financial management of the restaurant.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in regular staff meetings and team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
