📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the company's distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), and direct bookings.
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze distribution performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, including OTAs and GDS.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.
  • Provide training and support to the distribution team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in distribution management.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a related role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct bookings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant distribution management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
