📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the field sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and skills.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.,Participate in product development and marketing initiatives to support sales goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong understanding of the bakso industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
