📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide guidance and support to junior training officers.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training officers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on corporate training.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
