📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with the sales team to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
• Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and forecasts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a technology or digital marketing environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving marketing campaigns.
