Sentral Tono Tea is seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our tea plantation and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is a remote position, but you will be required to travel to our plantation in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur for regular meetings and inspections.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tea plantation, including harvesting, processing, and distribution.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of tea production.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the tea industry or a related field.,Strong knowledge of tea production processes and best practices.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP and other operational management software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
