📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support sales activities.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer service standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management software.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and Tetum languages.
