In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of the company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Manage the payroll process, including calculations, deductions, and disbursements.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.,Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.,Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
