📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and manage the lifecycle of life insurance products, from conception to launch and post-launch support.Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the life insurance market.Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement product strategies that drive revenue growth.Monitor and analyze product performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.Collaborate with the claims team to ensure the smooth processing of claims and the resolution of customer issues.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to the development and management of our products.Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with a proven track record of successful product management.Strong understanding of the life insurance market, including product development, sales, marketing, and claims.Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of the Indonesian insurance market and regulations is a plus.Familiarity with insurance software and systems is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
