📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and development.,Oversee day-to-day operations of the section, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze section performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions to improve processes and outcomes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of operational and strategic planning processes.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
