📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs,Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students with autism and other developmental disorders,Monitor student progress and make appropriate adjustments to the IEP as needed,Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student education,Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in special education,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students,Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide programs and initiatives for students with special needs,Provide support and guidance to students with special needs in their daily activities and social interactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with special needs, preferably in an autism intervention setting,Certification in special education or a related field is a plus,Strong knowledge of developmental disorders and their associated behaviors,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and other professionals,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus,Valid teaching license or equivalent is preferred
