Watsons is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team in Bali. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve store targets and maintain a positive work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to maintain optimal product availability.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the regional management team to support store development and growth initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
