Easy Silver Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training facilitators and instructors.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout the training process.,Evaluate and select training materials, tools, and technologies to support the training process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
