📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and present a variety of cold dishes including salads, soups, and appetizers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Follow recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting production targets.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a cold section or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen tools and equipment, including refrigeration units.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.
