📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and renovation of Richeese Factory outlets and distribution centers in Bali.
• Plan and execute maintenance projects using tools like AutoCAD and Revit.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to manage repairs and renovations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance best practices.
• Ensure all work is documented and reported accurately.
• Collaborate with the operations team to support smooth day-to-day operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil maintenance, particularly in food service or retail environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations in Indonesia.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
