- Greet guests professionally and provide excellent customer service

- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems like Micros
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Handle cash and card transactions securely
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Provide feedback to management on guest satisfaction and service quality
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or F&B role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems like Micros
- Familiarity with local cuisine and beverage preferences
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
