📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Assist with table service, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Uphold our establishment's standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
• Promote our menu items and specials, encouraging guest engagement and repeat visits.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic food and beverage service standards and practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, with a good understanding of local culture and customs.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-oriented personality.
• Valid work permit and visa for Indonesia, as required.
