📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by addressing guest feedback and complaints.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Assist in budgeting and financial management, including cost control and revenue tracking.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing staff and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, Toast, or similar.
