📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management using HRIS and SAP.
• Support IT operations by troubleshooting technical issues and providing basic IT support.
• Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and assist with network administration tasks.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and IT procedures.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating internship programs and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and IT departments.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting for HR and IT metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HRIS and SAP is a plus.
• Understanding of fundamental IT concepts and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
