📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to a diverse range of customers during high-traffic festival periods.
• Assist with transactions, including cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system operations.
• Promote Watsons products and special offers to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
• Stock and organize products to ensure a well-presented and accessible shopping environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Retail Experience team to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with store setup and breakdown during festival periods.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail roles.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic retail operations and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
